Refund policy

Classes and Workshops Cancellation policy

Public classes: 

Workshop and courses bookings are non-refundable if cancelled by the customer , but are possible to reschedule up to 1 day prior the event. Imakesculptures is very accommodating in finding suitable dates for customers.

Private group bookings:

Private group bookings scheduled for the weekdays ( Mon-Fri ) are non-refundable if cancelled by customer, but are possible to reschedule up to two days prior to the event scheduled.

Private group bookings scheduled for the weekends (Sat-Sun) are non-refundable if cancelled by customer,  but are possible to reschedule up to 7 days minimum prior to the event.

All tickets for workshops are fully refundable if the workshop gets cancelled by the host. 

No-shows are non-refundable and not possible to reschedule.

Exceptions to these are up to Imakesculptures' discretion.

Care and responsibility disclaimer if you leave your work with us:

We handle your work as we do our own, yet Imakesculptures takes no responsibility for breakages, cracks or glaze mishaps that happened in the kiln. Kiln warps and cracks can happen for many reasons which are out of our control and are happening less with experience.

Still, cracks can happen even to the most experienced ceramicists and we advise to value your piece as an artistic creation rather than a kitchenware.

Products

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@imakesculptures.com. If your return is change of mind, the customer will bear the shipping expenses. You will receive the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You will most certainly receive a refund on the damaged item, only sometimes it takes a bit of time. Different countries have different rules on what to submit as a proof of damage so kindly bear with us to supply all the information the courier needs from receiver (you). Once the courier confirms that they have all the information necessary, we will issue the refund immediately.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Services and Custom-made orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item, we will do our best to find a suitable solution for the customer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds Of the goods

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
