These ceramic cups are created by painting clay and then creating a colourful pattern and a hand- built shape.
In the terms of working with coloured clay, it is close to Japanese Nerikomi technique, although atypical.
All of my mugs are one of a kind, hand-made by myself in Australia, no two are the same.
Base is white speckled clay.
Top and inside are high glossy- glazed clear and the outside down is matte finishing. Both microwave and dishwasher safe, used as any tableware you have at home. Fired twice in ceramic kiln and glazed with non-toxic , food safe glaze.
