Marbled Ceramic Fortune Cookies • Made to last forever
These little stoneware fortune cookies are made using a slow, layered nerikomi process — coloured clays stacked, sliced, and re-formed to create natural marbling that can never repeat itself.
Every cookie has its own pattern, its own colours, and its own character.
Each piece is shaped entirely by hand and fired twice to around
1200°C, giving the surface its smooth, stone-like finish and long-lasting strength. No glazes are added — all the colour you see comes from the clay itself.
Because each cookie is one of a kind, the exact tones and patterns vary from piece to piece. You're welcome to mention the colours you're drawn to (based on the photos). I'II select the closest match from the current batch, but these are not made-to-order or customised.
